2008年3月20日 (農曆二月十三日)為洪聖大王之正誕日。洪聖誕籌備委員會
將於當日吉時舉行一連串慶祝活動，答謝洪聖大王年來之庇蔭，亦為來年祈福。
 醒獅金龍表演及巡遊是傳統中國喜慶活動必備的元素，對
於外國旅客而言，醒獅表演及巡遊更是新奇有趣、極具中國傳統特色及藝術
氣質的活動，因此會透過舉行醒獅金龍表演及巡遊為洪聖誕打開序幕，並以
此活動吸引更多外籍遊客前往梅窩旅遊。
On March 20 ( February 13th Lunar), it is the official birthday of
Hung Shing Tai Wong (The Deity of Hung Shing), the committees
of Hung Shing Festival will be presenting a series of activities for
the ‘thanks-giving’ of Hung Shing’s blessing and protection for the
villagers in the coming year. The ceremony will begin with a Lion
Dance Parade. The Dragon and Lion Dance Parade is one of the
Chinese traditional performing arts that it is often used in event
openings. To many foreigners, this is a lively and interesting
performing art which it bears many traditional characteristics.
The Dragon and Lion Dance Parade is performed for the Festival
Opening Ceremony that is invites all visitors to participates in this
meaningful event. |
